Searching for a job just got easier.

Even in the best of economies, going through the job search process while unemployed can be a frustrating challenge. In a shrinking economy where unemployment is trending upward, finding a job can take longer and require more persistence. Leading your own successful career/job search process in challenging times requires effective job search strategies such as interviewing and networking skills, and a well-organized resume. It also requires staying focused, on-target and connected to your strengths -- also that you bring the best YOU to your search. The purpose of this group is to help you do just that -- to support you in your job search process until you manifest success!

Whether you have recently experienced a corporate downsizing of your position, have been unsuccessful in looking for the job you want, or are freshly venturing out into the working world, this group can help you stay on the "easy" side of your process and bringing your best to your career success.

What you get:

  • Two 90-minute, in-person, small group meetings each month to address job search goals, challenges and opportunities
  • One individual 45-minute telephone coaching session each month with Executive Career Coach, Trish Pratt
  • Handouts and worksheets related to career/job search process
  • Email support in-between sessions
  • Resume critique sessions provided by a resume expert
  • Wednesday afternoon "focus" calls
  • Option of adding more individual coaching at a reduced rate.

When: Monday mornings 9am - 10:30am, beginning Jan. 13, 2009

Investment: $279 per month. 3-month commitment required. (Should you find a job in less than 3 months, monthly fee will be pro-rated and the balance applied to one-on-one coaching.)
